**I'll be singing the alto solos in the Bernstein for this concert. It's just two short bits, sung from the choir, but it'll be my first solo at David Geffen Hall, and under Dudamel! Very excited.**

The Los Angeles Philharmonic under its brilliant director, Gustavo Dudamel, offers a celebration of the human spirit transcending international boundaries. In anticipation of Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday, the LA Phil brings his Chichester Psalms, a hopeful blend of Hebrew verse and the Christian choral tradition, back to the hall in which the composer conducted its premiere in 1965. Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, his final completed work, journeys from darkness to light, culminating in one of the most exhilarating finales ever created.
