I'll be back with the Gil Evans project for our annual residency at the Jazz Standard, but this year I'll ONLY be singing on FRIDAY, MAY 18th at 7:30pm and 9:30pm

The band will also be playing Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (without me). Thursday will be repertoire of Gil's from the 40s through the 60s. Saturday and Sunday will celebrate the 60th anniversary of Gil's collaboration with Miles Davis with the music from Porgy and Bess, featuring soloists:
5/19: Sara Caswell, violin (7:30pm set only), Scott Robinson (9:30pm set only)
5/20: Mike Rodriguez (7:30pm set only), Steve Wilson (9:30pm set only)

Sets at 7:30pm and 9:30pm. Reservations strongly recommended!
